With 20 years of communications recruitment experience, I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly in terms of job markets, hiring processes and candidate experiences.
Now, as Managing Director of VMA GROUP I work with senior leaders in the communications and corporate affairs profession and lead a team of expert recruitment and search consultants.
